ALL ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID BEFORE SHIPMENT!

Online/Website Orders:

- Ordering through our online e-catalog is the easiest and quickest method we offer.
- This mehtod ensures your order is processed as soon as possible and with the correct information.

Phone Orders:

If you're having trouble ordering through our website or feel your computer is not 'secure', call us at 203-467-9774 and place your order by phone.

PRICES ..

- Prices listed online include shipping and/or handling charges.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- CT residents add 6% sales tax.

CANCELED ORDERS ..

- Once you have paid for an order, it can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order has shipped, you can not cancel your order, it would not be listed as a return (see below)

RETURN POLICY ..

- If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will exchange it for the correct part(s) at no additional cost.
- All authorized returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in its original saleable packaging.
- There will be no return/exchange on a product that shows signs of having been installed, mounted or scratched.
- All returns must be received within 10 calendar days after your return verification has been issued.
- Returns are inspected and a refund is givin if the claim is aproved.
- You must prepay and insured your return packages.
- Approved refunds will be credited via the same payment method used on the original purchase.
- A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
- No returns on special order items.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS ..

- Refused shipments are charged a 30% fee (50% on JDM engines) upon refund/credit.

BACK-ORDER POLICY ..

- If an item is not in stock or readily available, it may likely be on back-order from the manufacturer.
- If the Estimated Time of Arrival is longer than 2 weeks we will try to knotify you.
- Upon knowtification you can continue to wait for the product or cancel your order completely at no cost.

LEGALITY ..

- Most products sold on this website are not legal on public roads / highways. We highly recommend that you check with your local law enforcement agency for rules and regulations. Violation of any laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to a fine and/or penalty.

WARRANTIES ..

- TOP END Motorsports does not warranty any products. Products ARE eligable for a manufacturers warranty (if there is any).
- Please note due to racing characteristics, many products are NOT warrantied.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees to the manfacturer.

SHIPPING ERRORS ..

- If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will refund you for shipping the wrong product back and wont charge you for shipping the new one again.

DAMAGE CLAIMS ..

- Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier and all claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION ..

- We highly recommend the installation of parts be performed by a qualified trained professional.
